Wendy Litman is a human resources practitioner and leader with over twenty years of experience as a committed partner to businesses with HR needs that are often times fluid - ranging from small business adviser to full support for employment and people practices.
Wendy has a passion for advising and building HR best practices - and helping business owners to better manage their available resources.
While head of HR and Executive Team member for a Boston-based technology provider Wendy was responsible for the development of organizational infrastructure, talent acquisition, and all facets of HR through early stage, growth, and commercial phases. In this role she learned the nuances and challenges of managing HR as a business and meeting strategic and bottom line goals while at the same time developing and driving employee engagement and performance.

Wendy attended Northeastern University in Boston where she earned her degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management. Wendy completed her graduate studies at Suffolk University's Executive Program in Boston where she earned her Master in Business Administration (MBA) and maintains professional HR certifications with SHRM and HRCI (SPHR and SHRM SCP).
Wendy Litman gained the breadth and depth of her HR practitioner expertise while at Fidelity Investments in Boston where she directed Recruitment, Staff Development, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Administration for retail line companies. Wendy served Corporate Human Resources in areas of HR Systems (HRIS), Compensation, and Training and Development; and she developed invaluable talent acquisition experience while at Fidelity's executive search and placement firm.
Wendy is guided by ethical integrity and sound judgment - and she understands that the essence of her job is to mitigate employment and workplace risk on behalf of her clients.
Wendy is an adjunct Instructor at Curry College where she leads SHRM Learning professional development programs. She is Chair of the HR Leadership Committee at the Chamber of Commerce, Neponset Valley where she is regular presenter on employment and HR best practices topics.
When Wendy is not working, she can be found spending time with family, friends, and serving her community.
