Massachusetts released a new version of their Fair Employment Law Notice (August 2013). Gender Identity is now included under the classes protected from discrimination. Also added were sections addressing Maternity Leave and Criminal Histories.

In addition to federal labor law posting requirements, most states have also enacted provisions requiring employers to post certain notices within their workplaces.
